  3x bad experience 1x my daughter bought a pair of pants after 2 weeks they were broken. Went back they said then it was bought too small. While the saleswoman was there then and said against suits you 2x with returning something they said yes 3x you have not worn it. And keep checking it all the way (what is snap) but felt like a criminal with returning something. Didn't go well 3x at the checkout the saleswoman discovered that there was a wrong tag on the pants which we could not have known. She was standing next to it when we picked up the pants. The tag said 42.50 at the checkout she said it is 59.95 we could not have known. It is not an extreme price difference. I think they should sell the price on the tag. But no. I really feel wronged by this store Never again!

  Not my style. They currently have some nice bright colors. It all looks a bit cheap, though. But the prices aren't high either. The staff are very helpful, though. That's why they still get 3 stars instead of 2.

  Worthless "customer service". This webshop delivers extremely poor quality clothing. After wearing a pair of pants for a few hours, they had become 10 sizes bigger, they had no shape at all and even sagged. Never experienced this with pants in my size. After contacting customer service, they refused any form of help or understanding. Returns were not possible because the pants had been "worn". Who treats customers like this? The way they operate is in conflict with the legal 14-day cooling-off period, so I reported it. I regret not having read the reviews earlier, because they say enough. They may be on the verge of bankruptcy since they do not accept any returns, but that does not give them the right to treat honest consumers like this! Be warned and do not buy anything here!

  Very bad service! Bought a broken sweater, returned the next day with the receipt. The lady behind the counter indicated that she could see by looking at the sweater that I broke it myself by getting it caught on something. This while the tag was still on the sweater and I still had the receipt. Very disappointing that firstly, a sweater costing €40.00 breaks so quickly and secondly, that 0.0 service is provided. Nut more but twinkled for me! Be warned.
